Here you will find our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These are intended to establish the legal framework for the purchase of handmade jewelry. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding our GTC, do not hesitate to contact us. The GTC must comply with legal regulations to protect the interests of both parties.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop Janarts between Janarts (hereinafter "we" or "us") and our customers (hereinafter "customer" or "you").

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion

3.1. The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

3.2. By placing an order, you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

4.1. All prices are final prices.

4.2. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed to you before the completion of the ordering process.

5.Delivery

5.1. Delivery is made to the address you specify.

5.2. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

5.3. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you promptly.

6.Payment

6.1. Payment can be made via [credit card, etc.].

6.2. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.

7.Right of Withdrawal

7.1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.2. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the goods.

7.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Janarts, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

7.4. Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

8.Liability for Defects

8.1. Statutory defect liability rights apply.

8.2. In the event of defects in the goods, you have the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If subsequent performance fails, you can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

9. Liability

9.1. We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

9.2. We are liable according to statutory provisions for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

11.Final Provisions

11.1. The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Sales Law.

11.2. Should any individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
